I’ve made something pretty for Vicky <3
Category: Eatable
Description: The heart is a piece of home made Tiger Butter that I cut- it's a family recipe (made by: mixing peanut butter and melted white chocolate, coating the bottom of a cookie sheet with the mixture, pouring melted milk chocolate over it, and then swirling through the mixture with a knife and letting it harden in the fridge) and the piped frosting is home made mocha-flavored mousse (made by: whipping one cup of heavy whipping cream, adding sugar to taste, adding instant coffee to taste, then continued whipping until stiff peaks form). The piped frosting words that read along the top of the plate's rim say: "Valentine's Day", then beneath: "Mene '11". The heart says: "Vicky". I tried to get that part of the frosting to be more pink. ^^; The rest of the frosting is just me using some different piping tips to decorate. Please, enjoy! <3
