Summer is about to hit us full on in the face and it kind of sucks. We have an excessive heat advisory starting today, tomorrow is suppose to be 112, Saturday 117 and Sunday 113. Monday will be a bit cooler, but somewhere around 110 and then we start dropping into the low 100s, which is on par for the summers here in Arizona.
Trick here is to take as warm of a shower as you can stand and then when you get out, the air around you feels cooler and refreshing or something. There is a pool here in our complex, which is awesome. Our friends also have a play pool, we hang there on the weekends with them and their two kiddos.
Truth be told, just a bit surprised that the summer heat has held off until the beginning of June. Usually May builds to the godawful heat, but it was relatively mild.
