eh just takes practice and well time honestly the thing about really complex or intricate drawings is you gotta be willing to devote like a month and a half at least to fleshing out all the details. Not saying some people don't do that on there anime I've seen some AWESOME complex anime but for the most part it's done in a way that's MENT to be faster because after all it's made for production and no one wants to way three years for the next chapter in there manga to come out XD
