Peanut Butter Roll is a candy my mom taught me how to make. Some people call it Martha Washington candy, or peanut butter pinwheel. It's a white candy (sorta like divinity) made with egg whites, sugar and karo syrup, then rolled out onto wax paper and peanut butter is spread on. Then it's rolled up into a pinwheel and sliced. Although for Christmas when people order it, I usually don't slice it. I leave it in a roll, and wrap it up in plastic wrap and take Christmas ribbon and tie it on the ends. Very pretty! :)
