I don't know what my BMI is but I could stand gaining weight... I'm certainly not considered "underweight" or anything, though.
I don't like the BMI system, though. Because there are people who are considered "overweight" or "obese" or even "morbidly obese" who are healthier than people who are in the "healthy range" in their activities... and it makes people feel like shit about themselves with the people who accuse them of being "sloppy fat and ugly" having backup in the BMI system which is bull to begin with...
