Hearing nothing but Pedro little meow, Sophie slowly sat up and stretched. That's when she noticed the note, and picked it up, reading it with a smile. 'So he's working..' She thought to herself, gently stroking Pedro's head. "Come on you lazy furball, let's go get breakfast." She cooed in a loving voice, then got out of bed and headed for the kitchen. Sophie pulled a carton of eggs and the butter container out of the fridge, and a pan from the cabinet. She turned on the stove and dropped some butter in the pan once it was heated, then cracked and dropped enough eggs in the pan to prepare a large omelet, once the butter had melted.

It only took a few minutes for the omelet to cook, then she cut it in fours, and turned off the stove. Of course, she seasoned the omelet a little, and added a slice of cheese to it before it finished. Sophie hummed softly as she pulled down a plate from the upper cabinet and proceeded to put three parts of the omelet on her plate, while the last part of the meal went onto a little saucer for Pedro. She the put his saucer on the floor by the table, then sat down at the table at ate her omelet. Glancing down at the orange cat, she gently ran a couple of fingers down his back and up his tail. "I've got to go into town before Tai gets back, want to come with me?" She asked him curiously. Sophie trusted Pedro enough to stay under her feet, if she ever took him to town. It was like he knew she'd worry if he wandered too far from her.
