Kuroshitsuji! I loved that anime. Currently I'm watching Pandora Hearts, which is pretty similar to Kuroshitsuji. I'm also thinking about watching Trinity Blood sometime...is it any good? I looked at it a bit and there seemed to be way too many priests :/
