I feel like I'm constantly saying "stupid brothers" lately. I must be mad at mine. yeah... I only just found my inhaler. lol. I usually just suffer thhrough my attacks. I'm horrible.

water is a good idea. I've beentrying to push myself to drink more. and I also love and hate adding muscles... cause it adds weight. >.<
