I see that banner, but it's about 600 pixels down from the forum links and the green bar with the Mene links.
Also when your text gets too long, at times, the grass at the bottom of the page blocks the line you're typing on.
And the Drop down menu for the colors doesn't work in Quick Reply mode. ^^
