True... granted modern art 90% of the time isn't "art"
Essentially if the janitor mistook your art for trash, it's not art.

Though the problem with that is the observers, in both poetry and art. They think that everything must have a meaning, so artists have been able to make tons of money through simply letting the observers choose a meaning for them.
