Ryek stepped back slightly when Gemma shrugged her shoulder. He looked out towards the horizon as she turned around to face him and only after she had finished speaking did his gaze drop to her. "Well, assuming we are headed in the right direction, which I assume we are. We ought to hit land sometime today. Maybe." He looked off at the horizon again, this time with a slightly thoughtful look on his face. "Why not help Bell with her duties? It'll help pass the time." Ryek turned, as if he were about to walk away, then he turned back towards Gemma quickly. His arms snaked around her and he yanked her close. His head dipped down and quickly he stole a kiss from her. Ryek let her go and took a step back, licking his lips, as if savoring the taste there. He mostly did it to see what sort of reaction he could get out of Gemma.
