Heat Enhancer ablities:
It's not exactly making fire appear in your hands, it's heating something enough to set it on fire. This with water kind of help the cycle as well. If water reaches the boiling point it'll help that material burst into flames faster, but he can't enhance the heat of the ocean. Water doesn't cancel out his ability but it does cool hime down to some degree (same wih cold areas). The heat can only be enhanced through his hands but he can't stop his abilities at will. You also can't shoot acutal fire out his hands. He wears these gloves that aborbs the excess heat that Abel gives off and his hands, so he often avoids shaking hands or something in fear that he might burn their hands (all kidding aside he just doesn't want to). Abel could acutally die if doesn't have his gloves on.
