Mina reached the bottom of the stairs and started towards the table where Kurako sat, but stopped as she saw the half-orc approach. She gave him a small smile has he spoke to her. "Thank you, for the food and clothes," she said as she handed him her damp clothes. She would have said more, but a low growl from her belly interrupted her thoughts. As he nodded and left her, she went forward to Kurako.

She quickly made her way over and sat in the chair she was in before, and gave Kurako a smile before taking the nearest eating utensil, a fork of all things, and trying to eat the stew. Of course, a fork didn't work so well with the stew, save for the meaty bits. She cursed her hunger only in her thoughts as she swapped the fork for a spoon and began eating in earnest. Mina focused on her meal, eating not only the still warm stew but also taking from the sliced apples, bread, and slices of cheese in no particular order.

After finishing off the last bit of the bowl, she pushed the tray out of her way and leaned forward. She crossed her arms and put her head against it. A good part of her wanted to go to sleep right there after eating such a warm meal. It was hard to control her tail, which she often kept hidden with her cloak. But now it was lazily brushing against the back of the chair.

It had been a while since she was so relaxed. The past few days had kept her tense. The man that was chasing her just wouldn't stop. Always so persistent and always on her heels. Every time she thought she was safe, there he was behind her shouting that there was no escape. She really didn't want to think about that now. It seemed like she was finally free of him. In fact, it was probably impossible for him to find her now.

She finally eyed Kurako, still from her relaxed position. "That was a good meal. Kind of want to nap now," she comments, trying to make some conversation with him. "Haven't had a good one in a while."
