*hisses* Lactose cakes. If I were able, I'd totally be making dairy-free chocolate ice cream cakes. Coconut ice cream is my substitute of choice. Or Lactaid Cookies n' Creme ice cream. I wonder how a dairy-free Cookies n' Creme would taste. Even if the recipe would be totally different and it would be horrendous, I'm a curious kitten. I wanna know.
Cake and I were not close for many years, but now we're tight again. As long as it's chocolate. White cake?
