That's a convenient location. Sounds something like my own house's location, especially on the construction part. There are 2 apartment projects and one block of shophouses going on at the same time. The heavy vehicles often coming in and out of the construction sites damage the roads pretty badly and they have to be repaved every other week. @_@
I don't really mind so much, though, but it's a little troublesome when you've eaten something with a lot of cream or milk without realising and feeling the after effects later. xD
