Appearance
Standing at 5' 7" and weighing around 120 lbs, most don't think much of her. The girl has a pretty face and long black hair that has gotten her out of trouble many times. She doesn't look very approachable or friendly. She has several tattoos all over with some down below. Her ears are pierced, and she always has a chain necklace, a ring made of onyx on her right middle finger, and a pair of combat boots on.
Personality
Stubborn, headstrong, and angry are words often used to describe Meira. She doesn't take crap from anyone, and will always speak her mind. Not much escapes her. She doesn't trust anyone, but when she does, one must not break it or deal with her wrath. Respect is earned with her. When she meets a person for the first time, she neither respects nor disrespects them. She judges people by their actions and determines which they deserve.
Powers/Abilities
Blood Weapons: She can create weapons using her own blood, but before that can happen, she must injure herself. The blood solidifies into any shape she wants as long as it is a melee weapon.
Iron Maiden: All she would have to do is touch someone. If they are weak enough, she can command that person's blood to escape from every pore in their body. Not a very nice way to die which is why she only uses it for those who are truly evil.
Blood Pool: In means of escaping an enemy, blood pool is her best option. When she activates this power, she bursts into a puddle of blood. On command, she can reform and surprise her enemies or anyone unfortunate enough to come across a pool of blood.
Flesh Rip: Basically, she can rip her face off to scare the crap out of people. It's more for fun than combat, not that it couldn't help in a fight.
Blood Rage: When she takes too many hits, she goes into a frenzy. Her attacks hit harder, and she moves faster. Her eyes will also change to the color of blood.
Biography
Meira had a pretty normal family, A mother, a father, and an older brother. Her older brother was quite protective of her. The two were inseparable. They did everything together. After she was almost kidnapped as a child, her brother, Xavier, taught her how to kick some butt. Maybe it wasn't the best of ideas. She got in trouble a lot in school. Bullies stopped picking on her, but her parents weren't happy. They put her in military school in hopes of breaking this bad behavior.
Despite everything, her brother was always at her side. He was her best friend. She could tell him everything, and he would always listen. Being around him made everything better. That was until he went off to college. He was 3 years older than her. Things got a lot worse for her. She dropped out of school and went on her own. The girl ended up in a low place. She was doing drugs and hanging out with some shady people. Things were getting really bad for her. Run-ins with the police, friends dying from drug overdose, and those who claimed to be her friend turning their backs on her. The drugs didn't go away, but she tried to turn her life around.
Music was her passion, and things were starting to look up for her. She was still into drugs, though, but it was a work in progress. She was not yet part of a band, but she practiced everyday. The plan was to become someone her brother could be proud of again.

She adores little children. She will help all and destroy any who tries to hurt them.
