Misty checked her equipment one more time before giving a nod. Jonah passed it on, receiving go aheads from the band's other members. The low lights of the bar muted the cream plaid of her shirt and Jonah's hair looked almost normal, though the red streaks in Raz's showed all the more. Grey stood closest to her for which she was thankful, so she wished him a last good luck before Raz tapped the mic. They wouldn't need the luck and she felt no stage fright, but she liked to wish it anyway.

"Hey everyone! We're Fruit Cocktail and we'll do our best to entertain you tonight! Enjoy the show." A wild grin took over his face and Misty started a beat that the rest soon picked up. Looking past her drum set, she took in the crowd in the bar. Some pressed up against the pool tables, people standing near their little stage as much as sitting and drinking at the tables, it was a better gig than a lot of theirs so far. She closed her eyes as the music swelled around them. They were going to make it big. She just knew it.

Opening her eyes once again, a brilliant smile flashed over Misty's face as she raised one drumstick in a symbol of victory. Yeah, she had a great feeling about tonight. Something amazing was going to come out of this.
