They general can be bought in the exchange for 10-11k. We don't have a marketplace like gaia does but we have an exchange and that's where and how you get all your items.

Now like the list and the prices are accurate to some extent...sometimes items just aren't being put up for sale, like right now, I haven't really saw in panda slippers sellers, but it's like popcorn, they come up in spurts. You just have to continuously look at people's threads and stuff to see what's for sale. Just don't let people rip you off...
