You're the sweetest. And I'm trying to cut back on sugar. You know that they put sugar in everything? And the daily "suggested intake" for sugar in grams from WHO is 6-8 a day but if I make a PBnJ sammich with the jelly we have now it would put you at 15 grams for just that one sammich?

That's why today I made my own raspberry, vanilla and chia see jam, with no sweeteners added. It's yummy. And then made some rolled oat thumbprint cookies with the jam inside and the cookies had no sugar, dairy or eggs... just bananas to sweeten them. They were really good too @_@

talk about rambling...
