Where the mist comes down from the mountains of Jao Koh, there is a place sacred from great antiquity, long before the cults of Calesco and Naias were established. Held in awe and still unclaimed by the cults of the island, it is an area of dangerous terrain and is watched over by elusive guardians. Here, an orchard grows behind lithic walls, producing otherworldly apples. Despite the awe and the danger, this place still holds allure, because it has said the apples confer great blessings on those who eat them. Not many have tried to steal these apples away from their guardians, and it is unknown whether anyone has succeeded in scaling the barriers and capturing their prize, but hope springs eternal...
