Well, in big short: Channah said than Mr. Mayor was probably drinking with some lady friends, everyone understood that he was drinking with them and Vicky's got upset. When Mr. Mayor came back, she wanted to 'kicks his butt' (it's quote!), so Mr. Mayour ran away. He was really afraid of Vicky.
Though with our help they finally met, said that they love each other and start dancing.
