NPC entries are valentines that are made out
to an NPC. Mene loves you entries are blank valentines that you'd give to just anyone and that just happen to have Mene-related things on them.
Like if you went to the store and bought a pack of Dora the Explorer valentines, those aren't for Dora, they're just decorated with her.
Forgive me if I over explained. Does that make it clear, though?
