I made that vegetarian soup that

It was delicious!
However, instead of using vegetable stock, (since most of them use mushrooms and I HATE mushrooms!) I used a
vegetarian no-chicken broth and it turned out AMAZING!
I used Yukon Gold potatoes, some sliced carrots (that I sliced myself) and half of a yellow onion. I also added some unbleached flour to make it thicker like a stew (like
onsenmark: suggested)
Instead of boiling the veggies, I actually sauteed them too, which I think gave them a better texture.
It was delicious! I would recommend people try it!
