Appearance
Cipher stands at an even six feet tall, with porciline skin and contrasting raven hair. His eyes are jade green in color and are often referred to be piercing to the core. He has a mesomorph body type, lean and fit in nature. No markings or piercings upon him, his skin seems to be flawless in nature.
Personality
Cipher comes off as kind and caring within human form, easy to get along with and talk to. He seems to give off an aura of comfort and calm, which affects those around him. He seems to attract people, an air of mystery about him. He comes off as cute and a bit awkward in nature, sympathetic and always willing to assist others. However, when in his half form or true form, he will tell you this is all an act....but is it?
Cipher can be cold and ruthless in nature, seeing people as objects and disposable pawns. He seems to have a deep hatred of the human race, as well as the organization the heros are helping. At the same time though, he holds a curiosity about them and a hesitation to completely write them off. He is plagued by nightmares and horrible memories, which bring about an anger and darkness within him.
He comes off as calm and collected however for the most part. Calculating and tactical when it comes to his moves, he seems to show little emotion overall for the most part. He is often one to say that emotions are a liability and a hindrance to do what must be done. He is the first to try and say that he doesn't have a heart and is incapable of emotion, but this isn't completely true. He actually has the capacity for a deep caring and loving nature, a rare side of him few are able to witness.
Despite being a villain, he is a man of honor. He will not simply kill for the fun of it or someone who is innocent and unable to defend themselves. However, this only goes so far, as he is affected by an inner turmoil. He attempts to hide it, but he is plagued by a hidden battle within himself that could impact the fate of the world around him.
Powers/Abilities
Form Shift: Cipher has the ability to change his form. He has a normal human form, where he is able to blend in with the population around him, as well as two others. His 'Sealed' form, is similar to his human form, though within this one, a hole will appear within his chest where his heart ought to be. Two markings will appear under his eyes that look somewhat like permanent tears. Both they and his eyes will seem to glow a pulsing green color. His hands and feet will turn black in color, which will raise up the skin to his elbows and knees fading into a white color that the rest of his skin turns into. The parts around his elbows and knees looking like whisps of smoke or the like. His final form is referred to as his 'Release' form.
Enhanced Conditioning: Cipher has enhanced conditioning, causing his: senses, speed, agility, durability and other physical attributes to be heightened beyond that of a human's. It progresses in level depending on his form, this means his Release form will have the highest conditioning, followed by his Sealed form and then his human form. Shedding each 'layer' to his true self will raise his power level.
Sixth Sense: Cipher is able to sense the energies around him that all things give off, whether it be living, electrical or otherwise. Each thing gives off a unique power, which he is able to track and scan for, even from great distances. He is able to 'read' people's energies, gauging how strong or weak they are. This is similar to a death sense in the aspect that he knows the weaker their energy levels go, the closer they are to exhausting themselves or that energy going out altogether.
Corruption: Cipher has the ability of corruption, which manifests itself through his physical touch. His touch will cause things to become gnarled and mangled, in a sense they will become dark and evil. If his touch is on something that is living in nature, it will corrupt its soul, heart and mind. It will twist and become a monster. Once he has corrupted something, they become his puppets that he can move and manipulate as will as a sort of mind control. The corruption can be reversed by him of course, and it gives the target a series of abilities based on the source itself that is being corrupted.
Blood Manipulation: Cipher is able to manipulate his blood at will. It is black in color, and highly corrosive. It is like acid, and will begin to burn and dissolve anything it comes into direct contact with. He is able to 'infiltrate' other people's bodies with his blood only from a direct opening like a cut or other wound. This allows his blood to attack and ultimately overtake the person's body. It's a more painful form of his Corruption ability, and only works on things that have blood to begin with. Once done, it makes them basically his puppets to wield as he pleases, though he has the option of keeping them in their normal form instead of a dark monster like one. He is able to shape his blood or the blood of those he has infiltrated at will, hardening it, constructing it and more. He is also able to consume blood to speed up his healing and replenish his energy, similar to that of a vampire. He can also 'purify' his own blood, to a state where it becomes harmless in nature. His blood if tasted is highly addictive and boosts the abilities of other's. He is able to keep it dormant in this state for good, or reactivate it later on as long as it is still in the system and hasn't been cleansed while dormant.
Biography
Entity Alpha, his records are sealed. He was an entity of the organization kept under lock down, before escaping from the research facility. He adopted a human persona, and thus manages to fit in with the human world without arising suspicion. His true motives and plans are a mystery, the organization's key objective is locating and apprehending him for the 'protection' of humanity.
