@Hummy - Asparagus is yummy, but as mentioned it has to be done right. You have to trim off the bottom of the stalks because they get pretty woody and stringy down at the bottom. You only want to eat the tender top parts and stems. I learned that the hard way. Personally, we almost always just steam or boil them, but there are so many ways to serve them. I just happen to live with old people who only cook them one way.

Yeah, it makes your pee smelly. Like noticeably. But it's still worth eating. I've never had it change the color of any of my movements. Now foods with artificial dyes on the other hand. I've had weird purple green poop....thanks Mardi Gras themed ice cream in purple and green!
