Ok, so for the ideas, I have come up with two so far.
The first is: [Vicky's NPC birthday party. (We could dress up as the NPCs taking Vicky out to eat)]
The second could be [the tea party with Alice, the Cheshire Cat, mad hatter, mouse, the Marge hair (is that his name? The guy with the hatter?), the rabbit, etc., and they could be insane or something.]

I was going to do a sleep deprived Alice for the other contest, but if you guys like this idea, we can use it for the group instead.
