Hmm, well this is my first Halloween event, so I'm quite excited. The only other event I've participated in here on Mene was this year's Phoenix Jubilee.

Neither have I dear...I imagine it's just taking him some time to get things out to everyone. No worries! Besides, we've got the entire event to score some spiffy new EIs. ^.^
