A: As awesome as that sounds we have a limit to make things easier for everyone. You might take all the good presents by filling out more than one.

Why can't I find a present for (Insert NPC not on list)?

A: The list is of ACTIVE NPCs so picking one not on the list we can't guarantee that they will get their present. That and we just won't be delivering those.
