Bio: He's half French, half Spanish. His French mother was poor, but his father quite wealthy. He ended up following closely in the footsteps of his father and denying his French roots as they are a 'embarrassing'. His father is in the navy, so as soon as he could, Emilio joined as well. He tends to lump the French and British (and just about any other European) together merely on the basis that they're not Spanish. He's the sort who's ambition makes him appear cold like he doesn't care about the people under his command. Calculating and the sort to take risks, he'll use anyone around him in the game to come out on top even if it's illegal.
