Pedro lowered his head in guilt even though his flicking tail said something else. How could he just ask to do what he wanted? This was important. He couldn't have Sophie or Tai deny him the chance to fight like Derek seemed to want to. So, after a second, he turned his gaze back to Sophie's, the guilt gone from his eyes.

"I don't understand but we better let them out," Tai admitted before finally pulling the door open. Pedro ran out immediately, leaving the blonde man shaking his head. It wasn't the first time that Pedro acted up but it was the first in a while and to quite a different degree. Once the cats left, he went to open the window at the side of the house, not visible from the street but still enough for the cats. "I'm worried that they will be mad at us for taking a trip now. Should we ask someone over to take care of them?" Tai had his eyes on the street, watching as Pedro and Derek went off to do whatever cats did outside. He really didn't understand.
