Nah, it's okay.
You get them by donating currency to other people.
There are six tools. Team Gasket has 3, Team Sprocket has 3.
Donating a Team Gasket Gardener will get you a Team Gasket Shovel. Donating to a Team Sprocket Gardener will get you a Team Sprocket Shovel. etc etc
You need to donate 12 of currency to get the item. (To gardeners you donate flowers, to saboteur spanners, to engineers gears).
