"Then its settled!" Gail interrupted the teenage boy. "Maybe if you show promise you can move to a higher position, but for now, you're a cabin boy." Before he could respond, she sent him off to go help load up the ship. "We set sail soon, so go help the others."
Annoyed with ending up in cabin boy position, he went over to Eusme and the barrels. "Alright get in! I'm stuck as a stupid cabin boy." he grumbled. "Me? A cabin boy! I haven't been a cabin boy in two years! Geez."
