after I found out how long they had been together, I can understand Victoria.
I would have said no too! D: it's like saying "I love you" the first time you meet.
Surely you can't know another person so well in such a short time to know that you will want to marry them and live with them for the rest of your life. :3
I think Vicky made the right choice, no offense to Major.
