I love Siracha too!
Sadly, we're having trouble finding it at the local markets. Last time we checked for it. So, I'm currently using a different hot sauce from Jamaca. I forget what it's called but it packs a punch and I love it. The pepper it's derived from is called a Scotch Bonnet and is 100,000–350,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.
So, you need just a little for a very flavorful dish.
Also feta and goat cheese's are yum.
