Giraffe shirt:
I love the giraffe its adorable. And most of the shirt seems to flow really nicely. My main suggestion though is to work on the shoulder shading to make it seem rounder. And I agree with the outline needing some editing.
Sailor Dress:
Look at some dresses for reference to get where the shading might be for whatever shape you want. Even though its a white dress you need to get some grays in there for shading. The small shaded spot doesn't do it justice, it still seems really flat on the bottom.
Other Dress: ACtually seems pretty good. please ask someone else. xD
Red outfit:
i adore the boots. And i think the bottom has a shiny almost silky? look. though i think i may be thinking of the wrong cloth. But the top is off to me somehow, and I can't quite place what it is. Perhaps a lighter highlight on the upper portion of each scale, instead of trying to take it back to dark? I'd look at some armor images, maybe it shows what you need. no idea what to tell you on the feather.
Yellow outfit:
Hat is cute. jacket is cute. not much advice here. Maybe just a little around the boob on the right. Seems a little to dark?
Biker jacket:
just plain love it :D

For the starter stages of them, they seem rather nice. I'd love to see them further along. As for the stockings. try shading in with some grey to give the leg shape, and see what happens. May turn out to be really cute only partially patterned.
also: the pattern right on the foot will be more angled towards the outside, and not straight down the center like that. It gives the illusion that the foot is shaped funny.

I kind of fixed the pants a little. Decided to not let them droop on one side and let it be even.

do not add anything to the tube tops!! :D something simple like that is what i need for outfits.
And for chain pants: Awesoe sauce. love them. something slightly off about shading, but can't place my finger on it.

I started to work on a clique tutu thing...skirt idk as well.
I haven't finished shading, but the concept is there.
Should I make the design more complicateddd or should I leave it simple like this? Hmm.
I was thinking about adding some kind of design..but I'm not sure yet.

tutu i actually kind of like? What has the world come to. I think maybe its the fact that its not so frilly fufu -puke- and just has the shape that's flowy and nice. Yes, still needs more shading. :D
