It was a chilly Wednesday morning. The sky was dark and rainclouds loomed ominously overhead.

In a tiny cottage at the bottom of a hill, Salvete was getting ready for breakfast.

"What shall I eat today?" she wondered aloud as she opened the refrigerator. Inside, she saw mostly some groceries that were intended for dinner. She was about to close the door when she spotted a gallon container of milk peeking from the back of the fridge.

"Jackpot!" she exclaimed as she brushed aside some broccoli leaves and reached past the bag of kitkat bars to grasp the milk container handle.
