I didn't know what gumbo was, but then I googled it! It looks sooo yummy and homely <3 AND it has an awesome name xP I love American-y food all together though...even though we have pretty much the same things here, it's always better in the US xD
I don't celebrate it either, but I do love the festive feeling that's around during Christmas! I just stayed at home and watched all those cheesy/nostalgic Christmassy movies that come on :'D
