Does anyone here use a Fitbit?

My roommate recently shared with me that she uses a Fitbit. She goes to the gym every so often. She even wears it on her wrist while she is sleeping, because it can apparently tell her how much sleep she got and other information about her sleep cycle, all sent to her smartphone. Interesting!
