Now pay attention, twerps!

I don't accept just anyone. Youse guys have to dress the part before I'll let you hang out with me:

• Horns and/or a tail are required! Real trouble makers have sharp horns, not fuzzy floppy ears!
• You got to feature either the color red or black (or both!). Other combinations are acceptable, but I got to see one of those two clearly in your uniform!
• We ain't tasteful over here. Show me that ya got a devilish side.
• Don't use too many accessories. If all yer jewelery is jingle-jangling, how the heck do you expect to pull off pranks without anyone hearing you?
• You need a weapon! Or something that can help you pull pranks. If it's dangerous, messy or gross, then make sure you bring it along.
• No backgrounds, dudes. You got to be prepared to travel anywhere and sneak around, so carrying a background is just awkward.
