If someone receives something, when they pay it forward, it really doesn't have to be much.
It can be a small amount of gold, because if they are active, they will earn it right back.
Or a common item that maybe someone is questing.
It doesn't matter who, just a random person~!
I would suggest it would be an active person, because an inactive person cannot pay it forward.

I'm not going to stand over them to enforce it; if they can pay it forward, great!
If not, it's not that big of a deal.
I'm just hoping that the giving bug is attached and they pay it forward.
I probably should change or add a rule or something.
