God/Goddess:Poseidon.
Appearance:Looks like a surfer. Black hair and green eyes.
Personality:Quick to anger to those who threaten him or his position among the Gods. Can be reasonable. Frivolous and kindly. Basically bipolar like all the Gods and Goddesses.

PS Can it be set in Percy Jackson's world??

*I was hoping it could be set on Olympus with no annoying demigods. If you like we can mention them in passing, though*

God/Goddess: Aphrodite
Appearance: Absolutely gorgeous, her hair colour changes every day along with her eye colour but she always looks perfect
Personality: Loves drama and making matches. Despises those who underestimate love, like Artemis. Completely in love with Ares and loves cheating on her husband

I was absolutely furious! How could this primped up barbie doll do this to my poor unsuspecting son!! I stormed through Olympus searching for the wretched sloth, scaring some poor nymphs on my way. I found her lazing in the sun with Ares faanning her.

'WHAT DID YOU DO!!!!??'

Aphrodite laughed at Poseidon's expression. It was priceless! One of the main reasons she'd created the match between his son and the daughter of Athena was to see his reaction.
"Don't know what you're talking about," said said innocently, running her fingers lazily through her hair.

'Of course you know what you did!! You paired up my son with that Daughter of Athena! The poor boy didn't see it coming!'

Aphrodite shrugged. "You can't stop love. Is that all you came to rant about or can I drink my wine in peace now?"

'WELL...yes actually I did.' I pouted.'But this isn't over!' I yelled and stormed off.

Aphrodite giggled with relish when Barnacle-beard vanished from sight.
"How shall I show him," she asked Ares, "that he can't stop love?"

'Hmmm, maybe you should set him up with that old flame of his. Percy's mum. Sally Jackson? Was that her name?' I replied.

*you're Ares now?*

Aphrodite laughed, surprised she hadn't thought of that herself. "Genius!" she exclaimed, giving him a kiss. "There's enough chemistry and love there - I just need to give them a little nudge."

*Well someone had to. Just thought I'd do it. Meh.

*Poseidon now, lol.

I was still fuming! How dare she? She had no right interfering with my sons life like that! I took my rage out on the ocean. A small town in the Highlands of Scotland was now being attacked by giant waves and high winds and rain.

*you can control Ares, but please don't do it in the first person or I'll be really confused!*

Aphrodite sat bolt upright. "I can't believe it! And I didn't even have to do anything... yet."
"What is it, love?" asked Ares.
Aphrodite giggled. "Sally Jackson was just staying in Scotland for a while on holiday and the town had a huge storm. She got swept out to sea!" She grabbed her scarf and stood up. "I'm off to make some matches. I'll be back to make dinner."

*Oh you're evil, lol.

It was only when I was done taking out my anger on that poor unsuspecting town that I realised some mortal had been swept out to sea. I looked closer to see that it was none other than Sally! Oh Gods what had I done? I sent some gentle waves to send her back to shore.

Aphrodite transformed herself to look like a human, and tried to make herself look as average as possible to avoid suspicion, but she couldn't help but make herself look like the most breathtakingly beautiful mortal which ever walked the earth. She was the Goddess of Beauty, after all. Why should she walk around making herself look hideous (aka normal)?
She made sure the beach where Sally was was empty, and then put her scarf around Sally's neck. As soon as Poseidon touched that scarf, he would fall deeply in love with Sally. There was some love there already, of course, but why take the risk? The magic of the scarf would drive a mortal completely insane with love until it eventually destroyed them, but the effects were a lot milder with fellow gods, especially powerful ones like Poseidon.

I had to see that she was alright so I went down in my usual form of a surfer dude. She was lying in the sand.

'Sally, are you ok?' her eyes opened.

'What did you do that for?' She asked hazily.

'Erm, I was kinda angry. Why don't we ge you inside and into some warm clothes?' I helped her up and put my arm around her shoulder to guide her to the hotel she was staying in. I felt something like an electric shock as I put my arm around her but brushed it off.

Aphrodite watched with satisfaction from her vantage point as Poseidon picked Sally up. She saw his hand touch the scarf and grinned in triumph.
Changing back into her divine form, she went back to Olympus to prepare dinner for herself and Ares.

*can you be Sally?

'So Sally, how's life been treating you?' I asked her awkwardly.

*anyone can be Sally. We can both do it*

"I - is that all you can say?" gasped Sally. "You just..." Then she shook her head. "Never mind, it is so like you to be that unpredictable."

'What? What did I do?' I asked. I honestly had no idea.

"Apart from almost drowning me and destroying this whole town?"

'I was angry, and I did save you, but yes apart from that.'

Sally shrugged. "As I said, it's just so like you to be that unpredictable." Her expression softened. "I've missed you."

'Me too.' I said and I actually found the words to be true. I hadn't realised how much I had missed her over the past 16 years. Other than the breif visit to check on her and Percy we had had basically no contact. She was so different to any other mortal I'd ever met. Even better than my wife...

Sally was about to put her arms around him, but then she remembered. He had a wife... he probably didn't want her any more.

Aphrodite watched from a distance, grinning triumphantly. "That'll show him. Love conquers all!" she said dramatically.

'I have to go.' I said, coming to my senses. Something wasn't right about this, and I'd bet my Trident that Aphrodite had something to do with this. And I poofed to Mount Olympus to find Aphrodite.

'Aphrodite!' I yelled as I spotted her at the fountain. 'What did you do to me this time?' I wasn't really angry, just curious.
