I've been very, very busy, stressed out, multi-tasking to the extreme and ill several times the past two months.

Sort of, although the past two weeks have been bad thing upon bad thing. barely getting a moment of rest.

The stress can do that to you, I had a mild stress attack
Mostly had to do with school and family issues. But you must not let those things get to you.

You need rest as well, it can really help a lot.

I know. I've been suffering from anxiety, hyperventilation, panic and stress attacks for a few years now.

Oh I understand.....how do you get help?

Currently, not at all, except from my reggies.

They're always there for me.

I've had professional help.
Lot of good that did me. It was the cause of my panic attacks.
