If you want to get a general idea of what CI/EI's cost, there is a topic in the Exchange called "Menewshan Price Guide" that keeps somewhat close on prices. It says the May CI's are going for 800-1000g right now.

Of course, availability affects the prices so you'll need to actually spend some time in the exchange to get a real price on them.
