  I don't like Valentine's day because I think the entire idea is stupid. You shouldn't feel obliged to do something for the one you love just because chocolatiers around the world want to sell more; you should do something for the one you love whenever you can because you want to make them happy.
  
  That being said, welcome to this thread. Even though I don't like Valentine's and in spite of the thread's subject, you're welcome to talk about anything at all, even though it is love related. Just.. know that I'm not too fond of the V-day idea. I like the event though. :B
  
  Also, if you know any other languages than English, I'm a language nut and I love seeing different languages in my threads. (I know that part of the subject doesn't make sense, but there wasn't any room for "other languages", so.. I just hoped people would understand.)
  I have a thread over at the Menewsha Nation where you can chat in different languages, but doing an event thread is always fun as well.
  I speak Icelandic and English fluently, I can get by decently with Scandinavian (mostly Swedish), French, German and Italian and I can understand Spanish pretty well. I know just a few words in Japanese and Latin, so I don't think those count. Would so love to learn more Japanese someday soon, or Romanian/any Slavic language.

Haha, I was tempted; I'm in high school, and can get by speaking French, most of the time. So yeah, even though 'My name is' is so basic, well... I can get less basic! >=)

Je n'utilize pas les bechorelles comme je dois, mais je sais les règles simple. Je suis bonne avec le PQP, les regles sont plus facile. Meme que avec l'imparative.

Mais pas le Subjonctif. Bleh.

Je ne veut pas quitter et abandonner le francais, mais je ne fait pas bien dans la classe. Si je apprendrai francais, je dois apprendre AP.
