Also, what do you guys want? This year I want tattoo/piercing vouchers, a hot chocolate set, dragons and money (cause I can't think what else I want)

I'll get my mom some cigarettes, a card and a few small items of things she likes like a scented candle and lipstick and stuff like that

for my dad... a card with some cash shoved in it. me and him don't get along so it's just easier to do it that way lol

for christmas i'm getting my mom a bunch of stuff for her van, shes been going with a color and patterned theme for it so one of the gifts i'm getting her is some stuff i bought off ebay to truly make her new attempted look rock
also i'm getting her a new bedset for her and my step dad actually to match their newly painted room
i figured since my moms so big on color themes and burgandy is one of my step dads favorite colors its a win win situation
other then that i'm getting them multiple little knick knacks for the hell of it
which i do everyyear
i'm excited to see how they react to some of them

I haven't had time to contemplate that yet. I'm useless at buying things for people.
My mom is easy to please though, so it'll more than likely be some flowers, a plant, some chocolates or a teddy, oven gloves. Something like that.

My dad gets what he gets me. Nothing.
My brother, usually gets something in the way of vouchers or a book, more often as a b'day present than a Christmas one though...His b'day being four days later.

Jeez, I havet to start thinking about that now, don't I? D=

Um...Well, for my dad, I guess I'll get him some new movies, like I always do. If I can find those super thick socks he likes for winter, I'll get those too, but they're really hard to find. As for my mom...Um...Maybe some new slippers, a polar bear calendar for next year, a game for the computer, and stuff like that.

I'm getting my mom some ceramics. Seeing as that's all she does lately she really enjoys them. For her husband i'm going to find something...He's hard to buy for, even though my mom tells me what he likes. It doesn't make it any easier.

I got my parents Christmas gift already. A trip to Marrakech (Morocco) for two weeks from the 6th or 7th of January.
Not much of a surprise gift, as I had to let them know so they could arrange time off and make sure my dad got his passport renewed in time, but hopefully they'll like it and have a nice time there.

I will probably buy my mom a couple things for her puppy and her kittes, a movie, some candles and something random and cute that I know she will like.

And for my dad, I bought a pair of two model truck.

Really my father is such a douche. I don't now why I bother to buy him a present.

I'll probably just make them cookies and a homemade Christmas card. Or a gift card from somewhere. :)

I was about to say that it's much too early for me to be thinking about Christmas shopping. But then I thought, "Well, it is November." ... And then I groaned. Cause X-mas shopping is tiring. But maybe if I actually get started early this year. Like that's gonna happen. *groans again*

So uh... to answer you question... Not sure. ;P

Not sure. I'm one of those crafty people who likes to make stuff for gifts if I can. Last year I made everyone scarfs, so that's out. I would probably do some cross-stitch pattern or knit something, but I got a cross-stitch to do for my sister and it is looking like it is going to take all my time and effort to get it done.

My mom really liked her scarf though, and she probably lost it, so I may make her another.
My sister and I make candles so that is usually included in-if not the entire-present.

I'm not sure what I want. Somewhere in my teens I hit a "what I need" phase. My family will still get me stuff, but when they ask what I want I'll name a few things that I need(new razors, clothes, etc.). I think I'm going to ask for headphones this year though, the bud ones that go into your ears and don't fall out. It will strictly be a "if you can afford it" thing though, and then I will say something small that I need.

It's so hard chosing. Last year I wrote a whole list, but this time I'm like "idk" being forced to pick things lol. I'd love to have the money to send my parents away, I think that would be a great gift.

I'm still not sure what I want to get my parents. I might get my mom some new slippers or some jewelery. That's all I can really think of to get her at the moment. My dad is usually very hard to shop for. If I ask him what he wants he usually just says that there isn't really anything he wants at the moment. I guess I could just get him something he needs. Perhaps a few new t-shirts and some thick socks for the winter.

My brother will be fairly easy to shop for. All I really have to do is buy him a video game or DVD he really wants.

As for what I want. This year I mainly want books because I never really got around to going to a bookstore this year. Plus, my book collection is a little low after some of them were sold this year at out garage sale. I'll also probably put down some movies, games, and just some stuff I feel I need.

I'm getting dad a skin for the netbook mum hopes to get him.

Mum..... I'm asking dad, but he hasn't a clue yet.

They're both almost impossible to buy for.

My parents say the typical "You don't need to get me anything."

So, I had to guess what they would like. My dad, because he lives in a different province than me, is more than likely going to get a really nice dinner from an extremely expensive diner from me. My mom, because she is close to me, will probably get taken out for a night of the movies from me, and I'll pick her up a few DVDs.

Our family's going on a 3 week holiday over christmas, so there'll be very little/no presents being exchanged this year. <;C
HOWEVER, if i were to give my dad a present, i know exactly what it'd be!
Socks! Jocks! (because every father loves those, right?) & Not-so-salty, salted beer nuts!
(He declared himself a 'peanut connoisseur' not so long ago, & that's how he likes them. -3-;; )

Well, usually my older brother and sister and I get our parents a movie. We got the extended versions of LOTR for them as they came out, and when we'd gotten them, we started getting the Harry Potter movies, but those aren't any good anymore, so we're going to have to think of something else to get them this year. DX Maybe we'll get them some music.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I wanted to make my mom another mix CD. I made her one for her birthday last time, it's neat and she loved it since it had music with memories attached to them. :) Let's see, I'd probably get her some apple cider as well. I'm not sure what else since I've exhausted my 'mommy resources'.

As for myself, I'm not sure. I just bought myself a 120gb iPod Classic which is one of the things I wanted, and I've been playing games online lately so I think it'd be unfair of me to ask for a PSP, which I did want a while ago. I asked for gift certs to the mall last year and I guess I might do the same this year. Usually people give gift certs because they don't know what to buy for the recipient... I ask for them because I don't know what I want.

my mom always goes to the edmonton to go xmas shopping and she tells us to give her wish lists, this year i'm wanting more anime and manga,

i put witchblade box set on the list...my mom saw this with me at animethon when i went to my first con in august, and O.o she liked it so she'll probably borrow it XD

also naruto cresent moon kindom movie, bleach artbook, and some cheeky angel manga.

i also made a list of my fave series and characters and told her surprise me with whatever, like keychains, posters, firgures etc, last year she got me a bleach bag ^w^ toshiro hitsugaya, renji abarai and ichigo kurasaki was on the bag, some of my fave characters, i was surprised cause she phoned and was like "do you like bleach, i saw a bag do you want it" she didn't know the characters on it, last year she got some random posters and it turned out to be a few of my faves. ^o^
~
what i'm geting for my parents, i'm not sure, since my dad is diabetic i usually get him sugar-free treats, thery're ok i guess, cookies are good but candy is a bit bleh sometimes, depends on what brand or whatever.

for my mom, i'm not sure, she likes elephants, collects em so maybe that. or i have a bunch of canadian tire money $100 in 5,10,25, 50 cent bills XD it's a few inches thick, i kinda don't wanna part with it cause i like waving it around sometimes,....makes me feel rich XD but canadian tire has kitchen stuff and she likes cooking....kinda

my brother is easy all he wants is card tins, yugioh, chaotic.
