I don't quite know if I like the use of colored pencil here. (or whatever medium you used) They look washed out because of the paper showing through. It also looks washed out because there isn't much value contrast in the images. Try bearing down harder on the shadows using blue, purples, and browns. Think of the light source and reflective light and color. Light and color bounces off things naturally, so even in stylized art you should see some hint of it. Other than that, work mainly on your anatomy. But that's a given. Anatomy always can be worked on for any artist, even a professional. So, you should study it even more.

Very cute stuff! I really like your linework, you vary the line weight like you should! Whoop! It's amazing how many people don't and it makes everything look flat! So, kudos to you on the varied line weight!

I really like the last picture best. I love the face, expression and the hair. It's very cute in colored pencil, but I bet you'd be pretty good with watercolor or markers too!
