Knuckles was sitting on the balcony drinking water when a breez picked up and he heard laughter and sighed "There he goes again" he said rolling his eyes

Sonic raced by without a care in the world. When he noticed his buddy sitting idly by, he turned around in a semi circle and was quickly at his side, "Sup bud!" he said happily

Silver was close by, leaning against a tree, looking at them

The air was cool and crisp out, and it seemed as if nothing could go wrong. Sonic leaned against the balcony knuckles was on, and sighed, "Don't cha just wish everyone was back together? After that last battle no one sept us has been around. I miss those guys--specially tails and silver"

"well mabey if you looked first, then ran Sonic, you would see more then you excpect" said Knuckles winking at Silver

Silver saw knuckles, and walked towards the balcony
"ok...convince me that i`m good enough to be on the same team as you and sonic."

Voch rested between two of eggman's robots, holding up his hammock."ah... this is the good life." he said his head resting on his robotic arm.

"I realy don't care what you do he is complaing about missing everybody" said Knuckles sittign down and sipping form his glass of iced tea

Silver shrugged, as sitting down next to him "where did he go, anyway?"

"its Sonic he is robly trying to run a lap around the city in less then five seconds" said Knuckles wiht a chuckle "Drink?"

"Thanks"

"So what have you been up to?" asked Knuckles pouring a second glass for Silver

Silver accepted the glass, sighing "just been doing some snooping around to see if eggman or rouge are up to something..., do you know where they are?"

"nope and I would like to try to keep it that way but knowing Sonic that will not happen" said Knuckles with a sigh

He took a sip of his drink, nodding "i guess you`re right, i was just wondering if he needed our help, though..."

"who Sonic or Eggman?" asked Knuckles looking at Silver with some sospision

"Sonic", silver answered and finished his drink "i`ve always disliked eggman and his work"

"i thougth so but we can't be to carful now a days" said Knuckles relaxing again
