Nicknames!

My nickname is Kimu.
I came up with it by looking at the credits of Chrono Crusade [ OH GAWD IM A WEEABO ] looking for a name for my character [ nevermind ] and I came across kumi and just switched it around xD
Kimu means some pasta dish in japanese though, meh.
Anyways, its better then the name Anastasiya, so its all good : D And, people call me this usually in rl.

Well, I had some pretty strange nicknames through-out high school. My friends normally made them up for me. The thing is though, I don't really remember them all... D:
I remember one of them, the most common, was Chicky.

I don't even know why, but friends would always call me that. Annnnd, for some strange reason, I'd answer to it.

People call me either "Fire Crotch" or "Leprechaun" at school. But my closest friends call me, ironically to the threads' creator, Nightmare.

not in real my name isnt good enough to have one but online my name is lavalem so people usually call me lava which i think is quite cute ^_^

My name's Chris, so some smart friends of mine decided my nickname would be 'Christina', or heaven forbid, 'Christ'. I've had some weird names thrown at me. Like one time, this girl called me 'Drabble Man'. I really had no idea why- mostly because I don't write drabbles. I guess she had mistaken me for someone else.

Nickie is from one of my best friends. She's been calling me that since middle school. Glacey is what my boyfriend usually calls me.

'Online' Glacey is from an old RP forum I was on. My character's name was Glacier and the members started calling me Glacey and some people I still talk to from there still do. And on Gaia and other places I usually just give "Glacey" out as my name instead of my real one.

My friend, Zexy, is the only one that calls me Bloo because of my old account on Gaia. :3 [-blooberry-]. "Blooberry" is also the name I use on Youtube.

If I had a job I'd probably be called by my regular name. D: No one ever wants to call me Glacey in real life much.. It's rare. XD

my nicknames from my friends are missy, m&m, and as an inside joke mansa (monster)

but i also have a lot of nicknames i hate, mostly from my father. i love my father, but he chooses the most annoying nicknames for me. for instance he calls me chipmunk because i happen to have a slight overbite with two larger front teeth. my dad therefore identifies every part of my anatomy with that of a chipmunk in which my teeth are classified as the "tusks" of a chipmunk, when i wear my hair back in a ponytail, it is referred to as a "bushy tail", and my cheeks are classified as "big chipmunk cheeks" and my dad enjoys pinching them whenever possible. it's incredibly annoying.

my other annoying nickname my father gives me is "poc" which is short for pocahontas because i apparently remind him of her. i have nothing against pocahontas but i don't resemble her physically at all. however, my father is convinced because of an obviously strange notion of my appearance and personality that somehow i'm exactly like her. these nicknames are incredibly annoying especially when growing into maturity because both of these nicknames make me feel just like a little kid.

  Rabbiteen - My livejournal username YEARS ago was rabbiteens, inspired by the Jack Off Jill song. Over time it's become more of a personality of mine than just a name. A bunch of people know me as Rabbiteen or Rabbit, mostly online, but a few in real life as well.
  
  KKKaroline - Rofl, I don't have the slightest memory of why my friend nicknamed me this, but it stuck. Close online/offline friends know me as KKKaroline. XD

My real life nickname is Gaby or Gabysu (or Gabs) since my first name is Gabriella (not from High School Musical people, get it right jeez D: ).

Letse... story behind it. Well, Gabysu is because of Gaby + desu! It was from Pitaten, the main character, Misha (that's where I stole my online name from x: ) keeps on saying -su at the ending of almost sentence so my friends and I kinda adapted it~ :3

Aisha Woku is my nick name/ nom de plume. Usually my friends shorten it to Aishku or A-chan though. Online I go by all of the above or just "A".

As far as where I got it.... a couple of my really good friends gave it to me. They spend almost an entire day going through different names. They finally came up with this one which means "Lover of Books" in Vulcan.


I think it's a pretty good nick name. I do love books and am a Trekkie and it just plain covers all the dorkiness that is me. : )

My nick names in real life are Finnigan, Fin, Baby Doll (I am the youngest full time employee at work), devil child and slurt( you do a few too many hours and all sorts of dribble comes out of your mouth) most of them are from work though and I have come to love them all especially slurt. The reactions you get from people when someone yells it out are hilarious they always think your saying slut. Which was what I was trying to say when I said it but I had just done a 10 hour shift and I accidentally said slurt instead.
Online I generally get called Aeisha (mene only), Mar, Fin and Ari. A lot of people have known me on gaia while I went by different user names so they generally call me by my older names or if they know my rl nicknames they use them. It makes life difficult for others who only know one of my names though, hehe.

My nickname in real life is mappy,and manlady.

I wouldn't really call it a nickname, but a long time ago, I was part of an MSN group, and someone made a typo of my name, (my name being James). The typo was 'Jamex' It kind stuck stuck for a while, and then was forgotten.

My friend who I talk to online though, was part of the same group. Her username was 'TheHeadwigGirl' or something, and so she was known as wiggy. Still to this day, we call her wiggy. It's like...Her name, now. When I go to england to visit her, it's going to be weird having to call her by her real name in front of people XD

It was originally a shortening of my Gaian name. My name was [.My Fabricated Love.] and I found it weird when people called me Fabricated, so... I cut it down to Fabby.

Lessee here.... Well, my nickname would definitely have to be Usa or Usagi. Ever since before 4th grade (I'm now a freshman in college, if that gives any sort of frame of reference) I have been rather obsessed with Sailor Moon, as have been a good many of my friends. Well sometime in 6th grade they all decided that I apparently act a lot like Usagi/Sailor Moon, so they all started calling me that.... much to my dismay at the time, as Pluto use to be my favorite.

However the name stuck, and somewhere along the way was shortened to Usa. Pretty much half the people I know call me Usa nowadays. Its sort of strange. I answer to it better than I do my own name, actually. There have been cases before where people have been calling for me but I won't hear them until five minutes (exaggeration) later when they give up and yell "Usa!" instead. ^^;

I never really have been given a nickname that's stuck. Most people just refer to me by my real name, but one of my friend's will occasionally call me by the name of an original character of mine (Brody), though it's usually in jest.

When I was in Japan, they found my first name too difficult, so they called me "Buri-chan". X3 It was cute, and so my American classmates called me that too, even after I came back to the states. I'm not called that much anymore though for obvious reasons.

On Online. I go by. Pixel. Or Pixelz.

And in real life I go by Dust. Short for Dustin.

I go by 2 nicknames, depending on the forums I am in. Some call me "Eva" or "Eva-chan", and in IMVU they call me "EAKers", since I use the name "EAKMcDowell" there :)

The only people who ever gave me nicknames were my family. My mother mostly, though. Rachieroo(given to me by my aunt), Merooskie, Michelle Bell(This one is my favorite), Rachiemerooskie and I think that's it.

My friends never gave me any nicknames. They just call me by my name, Rachael.

My real life nicknames include Samu, Smee, and Sammy. xD

Online I'm known as Naru, or Yuri.
