I'm kinda squeamish, so some parts are hard for me to watch. And, like when I watch some episodes of Heroes, I have a habit of yelling at Milo's character, "DON'T DO THAT, YOU MORON!"

Aww, Heroes is good. Well, it was. The first season was good, at least. It gets kinda hard to follow in season 2, then from season 3... I stopped watching, mainly because if you miss one episode, you miss everything. xD

What's heroes about anyway? o-o?

It's about people who discover one day that they have superhuman powers. One has super-strength, one can phase through walls and floors, one can become invisible, and one can mimic all of those powers just by being around the other people with powers. For example, if the empath is near the invisible man, he can turn invisible as well, and later on he learns to recall abilities without being near the person.

This isn't always good, though, because some powers the empath acquires are unstable, and he's not too good at controlling them to begin with. Things get pretty bad when a person with a particularly dangerous power comes along...
