This is a poem I had to write for school and kind of liked it.
Hope you do to!

The moon shines bright, casting its light,
Into the shadowy dark.
The silver rays, shimmer in ways,
That give a silvery spark.
No animals stir, in their silver fur,
No sound at all is made.
For everyone’s asleep, in a silver heap,
Sleeping in silver shade.

The silver trees, bend in the breeze,
As leaves fly through the air.
Water shimmers, a star glimmers,
Brighter than others do dare.
The feel of the night, is not that of fright,
But that of quiet and calm.
The tranquil peace, the moon does release,
Is pacific, collected, and solemn.
